We specialize in high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns that attract motivated local buyers, investors, and homeowners — while our internal appointment setting team qualifies every lead and books them directly onto our agents’ calendars.

OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing fulfillment team at Flow Social.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling inbound real estate leads, qualifying their intent, budget, and timeline, and booking them directly onto our agents’ calendars.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Call and follow up with inbound real estate leads generated from Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

Qualify leads based on criteria such as buying/selling intent, timeline, budget, and location

Book qualified prospects directly into real estate agents’ calendars

Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to increase booking and show-up rates

Use CRM systems (GoHighLevel) to track, manage, and update lead status

Send appointment confirmations and reminders to maximize attendance

Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and high conversion rates

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent English (strong verbal and written communication skills required)

Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or phone sales is an asset (training provided)

Confident handling objections and rejections in a professional way

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while hitting targets

Comfortable speaking with motivated buyers, sellers, and investors

Bonus:

Experience in real estate marketing, sales, or lead qualification

Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel
